All our graduates have scored above the IB world average on their diploma exams, some significantly so, and all have been accepted to leading universities in Europe and Egypt. Our younger students have regular MAP testing and consistently score above international averages in all subjects. AIA is an authorized IB World School offering the The International Baccalaureate® (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP). IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.
AIA strives to develop socially responsible individuals who are open to exploring new ideas and concepts on a global platform while at the same time preserving their own principles and heritage.

IB Mission Statement: The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end, the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right. AIA School is a candidate school* for the PYP. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students. *Only schools authorized by the International Baccalaureate can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme or the IB Career-related Certificate (IBCC). Values Education
Some schools around the world have made the choice to include Values Education as a subject. At AIA, we have deliberately chosen NOT to have Values as a separate subject. Rather, our aim is to live our values throughout every single subject with the Learner Profile providing a wonderful base.
Thus, our teaching and learning units are ‘packed’ with values’ attributes such as caring, principled, open-minded, internationally-minded, reflective, collaborative. We constantly strive to become more knowledgeable about others and their situations. We are communicators; we are balanced; we are AIA!
